Shipping policy
Delivery services are currently limited to the city of Riyadh and are completed within a time frame ranging from (5 hours or less) during official working hours.
- Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Orders received before 3pm: same day delivery;
- orders received after 3pm: next day delivery.
* Important Notice: Delivery is carried out by the DEAR GARDENIA team only to the address registered in the system. If the customer is not present, the shipment will not be redirected to any alternative location. The customer bears full responsibility for any consequences resulting from providing inaccurate addresses.
